Processing Time 

All physical items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping times vary based on your location. Most orders arrive within: 4–10 business days (within the U.S.)
Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal 
service delays.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not 
responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot re-send or refund items shipped to the wrong address. 

Lost or Delayed Packages 

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your item was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your local postal carrier directly to file a claim or locate the package.
