Color & Confetti was born from a deeply personal place—a moment of stillness in the middle of a beautifully busy life. As a single mom of two vibrant girls, a full-time professional, and a side business owner making gymnastics novelties, I rarely had a moment to breathe. But one day, I picked up a mandala coloring book that someone had gifted me, and everything shifted. That simple act of coloring—of slowing down and creating—offered me unexpected solace and peace.
I realized that creative expression had always been a part of me. From party planning to handmade invitations and jewelry, I’ve always loved making things that bring people joy. But this time, I wasn’t just crafting something beautiful—I was creating space to exhale. After doing some research, I began to notice something beautiful: women just like me— mothers, professionals, caretakers—were still out there writing books, making jewelry, designing coloring books, and embracing their creativity in countless ways. Their courage and consistency lit a spark in me. It reminded me that my own creative gifts hadn’t disappeared—they were simply resting, waiting for me to make room for them again. That’s when I decided to lean in. I began designing coloring books that reflected the beauty, complexity, and joy of our lives. Then, I followed the pull of creativity back to where it all began: cards and invitations. But this time, I created cards I would want to receive—words I needed to hear, affirmations I wanted to send, and messages that felt honest, healing, and heartfelt.
Today, Color & Confetti is a celebration of creativity, self-care, and soulful connection. Through coloring books, greeting cards, and digital goods, I aim to create products that help women feel seen, soothed, and celebrated.
